 I want a bow too The fillet is thicker then the matting so we layer the mat with conservtion foamcore in order to create a level surface. This really needs to be done if it is not done, it will create a bowing affect and put tension on not only the matting but also the glass. ( we have opened some frame jobs, from other framers, to replace glass and this step was skipped) The mounting of these cross stitchs were done with a conservation linen tape. |
